Jompat Lertnukkhid (Jom)

For many of the foreign individuals and companies who build their lives and businesses in Thailand, Jom is their first point of contact at JPL Lawyers. He advises on corporate, property, and family law, and after more than eight years in practice he is as comfortable explaining a Thai legal problem in English as he is resolving it.
His grounding is in business law — a Bachelor of Laws from Rangsit University and a Master of Laws in Business Law (International Program) from Chulalongkorn University. That background lets him advise on company formation and management, land acquisition and ownership structures, and corporate and family litigation with equal confidence. As a registered Notarial Services Attorney, he also handles document certification for cross-border matters in-house.
He works closely with each client, taking time to understand the full situation before setting out a clear way forward.
Supakorn Tekachat (Por)
Attorney-at-Law & Partner
Por is an attorney and partner at JPL Lawyers with more than a decade of litigation experience across civil, criminal, family, property, and corporate matters. He represents primarily Thai individuals, companies, and investors, and is one of the firm's principal courtroom litigators.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Thaksin University and is licensed to practise law in Thailand. He has also completed the Volunteer Lawyer training programme.
His practice covers the full life of a dispute — prosecuting and defending civil and criminal cases, mediation at the police-investigation stage, appeals to the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, petitions for the appointment of estate administrators, contract and legal-instrument work, and the enforcement of judgments, including asset investigation and seizure. Por has secured favourable judgments for clients as both plaintiff and defendant, and is a determined advocate who prepares thoroughly and is not afraid to take a case to trial when that is what justice for his client requires.
Waranyoo Waenthong (Dear)

Much of Waranyoo's work sits where commerce and litigation meet. Over more than nine years in practice, he has advised and represented business owners, property developers, construction companies, lenders, and investors. His work spans civil, criminal, family, and inheritance matters, with particular strength in property, construction, and high-value commercial disputes — including negotiations over claims worth tens of millions of baht.
He read law at Mae Fah Luang University and is licensed to practise in Thailand. He has completed the Volunteer Lawyer programme and is a registered Notarial Services Attorney, certifying signatures and documents for clients dealing across borders.
Whether a matter calls for a negotiated settlement or a fully contested trial — through to the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court where needed — his method stays the same: analyse the facts closely, set a clear strategy, and prepare the case in a disciplined, systematic way. It is an approach suited to clients whose disputes carry real commercial weight.
