Debt Recovery & Enforcement

Being owed money is one problem; collecting it is another. In Thailand, recovering a debt can range from a well-judged demand letter to a court claim and, ultimately, the seizure of a debtor's assets. We handle that process from beginning to end — and, importantly, we do not stop at a judgment that sits unpaid. The point is to put the money back in your hands.

From Demand to Recovery

1. Demand & Negotiation

A properly drafted demand, backed by the credible prospect of litigation, is often enough to prompt payment. Where it serves your interests, we start here — it is faster and less costly than court.

2. Court Claim

If payment is not forthcoming, we file and pursue your claim, presenting the evidence needed to obtain judgment.

3. Judgment

We obtain a court judgment confirming the debt and your right to be paid.

4. Enforcement

A judgment alone does not move money. We investigate the debtor's assets and act to seize and execute against them — turning a judgment on paper into funds actually recovered.
